This house is so sweet.
When I imagine the homeowner living here, I picture a peaceful life. I hear the hum of conversation in the open space of the living room. The wood-burning fireplace, framed by two windows, offering the option of a crackling fire to set the mood. A sleep sanctuary.
The primary bedroom has its own covered patio overlooking the gated courtyard. Located down the street from the private neighborhood pool, I imagine them taking a morning or afternoon dip, no pool maintenance required.
While the clanging of silverware hits the sink after a home-cooked meal, I picture them listening to music and winding down after the day. Their cars tuck nicely into the 2-car garage.
They decorate the tree out front for every holiday or maybe not, if it's not their holiday. They check their mail. They use the second bedroom for ... a second bedroom. Or maybe a den/office, library, music studio. Or maybe a daybed for the occasional guest - because who wouldn't want to invite their friends and family into such a special place?
Life here doesn't revolve around endless chores; the footprint is manageable. This home speaks to someone who values their time, appreciates simple comforts, and finds joy in the everyday moments that quietly become a beautiful life.
Plus, it's on the Rillito, which becomes a running river when the monsoons come, and when that happens, you can literally cancel your Netflix subscription for a few months and watch nature do its thing.
